Cross-Border E-Commerce: Digital marketplace connecting buyers and sellers across borders. We act as a platform facilitator.
Textile B2B Platform: Connects textile producers with international buyers. Quality inspection available as a value-added service.
Used Vehicle B2B Marketplace: Connects vehicle sellers with buyers in Central Asia. Vehicles listed by third-party sellers with inspection reports.
4. User Obligations
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Not post false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Not infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Comply with all applicable trade and export regulations
5. Transactions and Payments
- Prices displayed in specified currency, subject to additional taxes and duties
- Escrow services available to protect both parties
- Refunds handled according to platform-specific policies
- Right to hold or reverse transactions suspected of fraud
6. Intellectual Property
All content and functionality of our Services are owned by EMPERYA or its licensors and protected by international intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Services provided "AS IS" without warranties
- Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, then binding arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Текстильная B2B платформа: Связывает производителей текстиля с международными покупателями. Проверка качества — дополнительная услуга.
B2B маркетплейс подержанных авто: Связывает продавцов с покупателями в ЦА. Автомобили размещаются сторонними продавцами.
4. Обязательства пользователей
- Соблюдать все применимые законы
- Не использовать Сервисы в незаконных целях
- Не размещать ложный или вводящий в заблуждение контент
- Не нарушать права интеллектуальной собственности
- Соблюдать торговые и экспортные правила
5. Транзакции и платежи
- Цены в указанной валюте, могут облагаться дополнительными налогами
- Эскроу-услуги для защиты обеих сторон
- Возвраты согласно политике платформы
6. Ограничение ответственности
Сервисы предоставляются «КАК ЕСТЬ». Общая ответственность ограничена суммой оплат за последние 12 месяцев.
7. Разрешение споров
Споры разрешаются путём переговоров, затем медиации, затем обязательного арбитража в Ташкенте по законам Республики Узбекистан.

EMPERYA xizmatlariga xush kelibsiz. Ushbu Foydalanish shartlari O'zbekiston Respublikasida ro'yxatdan o'tgan EMPERYA LLC tomonidan taqdim etiladigan veb-saytlar, mobil ilovalar va xizmatlarga kirishingizni tartibga soladi.

4. Foydalanuvchi majburiyatlari
- Barcha amaldagi qonunlarga rioya qilish
- Xizmatlardan noqonuniy maqsadlarda foydalanmaslik
- Yolg'on yoki chalg'ituvchi kontent joylashtirmaslik
- Intellektual mulk huquqlarini buzmaslik
5. Tranzaksiyalar va to'lovlar
- Narxlar ko'rsatilgan valyutada, qo'shimcha soliqlar bo'lishi mumkin
- Ikkala tomonni himoya qilish uchun eskrou xizmatlari
- Platforma siyosatiga muvofiq qaytarishlar
6. Javobgarlikni cheklash
Xizmatlar "BORLIGICHA" taqdim etiladi. Umumiy javobgarlik oxirgi 12 oy ichida to'langan summalar bilan cheklangan.
7. Nizolarni hal qilish
Nizolar muzokaralar, keyin mediatsiya, keyin O'zbekiston Respublikasi qonunlariga muvofiq Toshkentda majburiy arbitraj orqali hal qilinadi.

纺织品B2B平台：连接纺织品生产商与国际买家。质量检验作为增值服务提供。
二手车B2B市场：连接汽车卖家与中亚买家。车辆由第三方卖家发布，附带检测报告。
4. 用户义务
- 遵守所有适用的法律法规
- 不得将服务用于非法或欺诈目的
- 不得发布虚假、误导性内容
- 不得侵犯知识产权
- 遵守所有适用的贸易和出口法规
5. 交易与支付
- 价格以指定货币显示，可能需缴纳额外税费
- 提供资金托管服务保护双方权益
- 退款按平台具体政策处理
6. 责任限制
服务按"现状"提供，不附带任何保证。总责任限于前12个月支付的费用。
7. 争议解决
争议应首先通过善意协商解决，然后进行调解，最后在塔什干按照乌兹别克斯坦共和国法律进行有约束力的仲裁。
